Delivery Areas
We service Sydney and surrounding regions with regular delivery runs. For locations outside our standard service area, please contact our team to arrange a tailored delivery solution.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
- Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on stock levels and scheduling.
- Large orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary depending on the order size and location.
- For bulk or ongoing orders, we offer competitive delivery rates and can provide customised freight solutions.

(Open Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm).

Returns & Exchanges
Should you receive pallets that don’t meet your requirements, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a prompt exchange or solution.
