Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SAS Recycling. By placing an order with us, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary (for example, due to stock shortages or incorrect pricing).
  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST.
  • Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order. Unless otherwise arranged, payment is required prior to delivery or collection.
  • Overdue accounts may incur late payment fees or collection costs.
  •  
  • We deliver across Sydney and surrounding regions. Delivery charges vary depending on location and order size.
  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates and times are estimates only. SAS Recycling is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers must ensure suitable access for deliveries (e.g., forklifts, loading zones, or site entry).
  •  
  • Customers may arrange their own transport or collect pallets directly from our depot at:
    1 Grahams Hill Road, Narellan, NSW
    (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm).
  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  •  
  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or pickup.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Returns are only accepted if goods are unused, in the same condition as supplied, and approved by SAS Recycling. Collection or restocking fees may apply.
  •  
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once pallets are delivered or collected.
  • Ownership of goods remains with SAS Recycling until payment is received in full.
  •  
  • To the extent permitted by law, SAS Recycling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the supply or use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or a refund, at our discretion.
  •  
  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to SAS Recycling.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

SAS Recycling reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
